Aycan Iskent Ekener is an attorney in Orange County, California. Ms. Iskent Ekener concentrates her practice on immigration law, and general business transactions.  She handles basic and complex legal matters involving immigration applications with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service and U.S. Consulates, formation of corporations with Secretary of States, and other business transactions.

Before opening her own practice, Ms. Iskent Ekener was a law clerk at the Los Angeles District Attorney's Consumer Protection Department where she closely worked with district attorneys in business compliance matters.  She was also a law clerk for an Orange County's renowned boutique bankruptcy law firm where she mainly handled Chapter-7 consumer and business bankruptcy cases.

Ms. Iskent Ekener also actively possesses Istanbul bar license. Ms. Iskent Ekener had been a practicing attorney in Istanbul, Turkey representing clients in the areas of business litigation, antitrust and unfair competition, consumer protection, and more.  She also served as an in-house counsel of a multi-national, Italian based, pharmaceutical corporation where she managed a broad range of legal issues.

Ms. Iskent Ekener received her Master of Laws (LL.M.) with Honors from Whitter Law School in Costa Mesa,CA.  She graduated from Mamara University of Law in Istanbul within the top 10 percentile of her class where she received her LL.B.

Ms. Iskent Ekener has also devoted considerable time to pro bono matters representing low income individuals and families.
